Tenaquip is one of Canada’s largest industrial distribution company’s. We were hired to introduce new marketing approaches beyond their traditional catalogue marketing to reach customers.
A trade magazine advertising campaign resulting from an MCAPS exercise produced a significant and measurable increase in top of mind awareness for the company. That awareness soon translated in a considerable jump in telephone sales traffic requiring additional hires on the customer service phone banks. We also supported initial strategic efforts to move more of their direct sales online.
